Abstract
A delivery deviceincludes a catheter assemblyand an operating handle. The operating handlemay include a noseaffixed to the catheter assembly, an axial shaft, a basetranslationally fixed to a proximal end of the axial shaft, a screwhaving external threads and a non-circular lumen, the axial shaft extending through the non-circular lumen, a proximal endof a pull wirebeing affixed to the screw, a knobhaving internal threads engaged with the external threads of the screw, and a collarextending at least partially around the axial shaft. When the collaris in a proximal position, rotation of the knobmay deflect the distal endof the catheter assembly. When the collar is in a distal position, rotation of the knobmay rotate the catheter assembly
