Abstract
An advertisement display systemacquires coordinates of the avatar and a size of the avatar in the virtual reality space and calculates a movement speed of the avatar by dividing a coordinate change amount per unit time of the avatar in the virtual reality space by a reference amount in accordance with the size of the avatar. In addition, the systemdetermines whether a point of view of the avatar in the virtual reality space is set to a first-person point of view or a third-person point of view. Furthermore, the systemperforms control to differentiate, when an avatar is moving in the virtual reality space, a position where advertising is to be displayed in the virtual reality space with respect to the user operating the avatar in accordance with the movement speed of the avatar and the point of view of the avatar.
