Abstract

An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a toner particle containing a binder resin and a releasing agent, and the following requirement (1) is satisfied in cross section observation of the toner particle: requirement (1): the number of a releasing agent domain having a long diameter of 500 nm or more and 1,000 nm or less is 7 or more on average per toner particle.
