Abstract
A synergistic pharmacological association of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and colistin for use in the treatment of a bacterial infection caused by one or more pathogens selected fromandstrains, in particular a bacterial infection associated with a respiratory tract disease, such as a chronic respiratory tract disease comprising cystic fibrosis (CF), bronchiectasis non CF and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD is described.
