Abstract
Provided is a polymer electrolyte for lithium ion battery and a polymer battery, comprising polyether polymer and lithium salt, wherein the molar ratio of lithium ions in the lithium salt to oxygen atoms in ether bonds of the polyether polymer is more than 1/4; the polyether polymer comprises polymer of Formula 1: A-R;
