Abstract

A communication management apparatus creates pieces of character string button information for incorporating part or all of a message content in text format into a character string constituting message information. The communication management apparatus: transmits the pieces of character string button information to a second terminal that is input the message information directed to users at message destinations, and receives the message information in text format created in response to selection of at least one of the pieces of character string button information on the second terminal; creates synthesized voice data representing the message information and broadcasts the synthesized voice data to plural third terminals of the users; and accumulates the message content, the message information, and the result of voice recognition received from the third terminal in chronological order as a communication history and controls transmission to display the communication history on the terminals in synchronization.
