Abstract

Disclosed are phenyltetrazole derivatives of formula (I), wherein A, R, R, X, R', R″, and n are as defined herein, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also disclosed are methods of using the phenyltetrazole derivatives for the treatment of diseases which can be influenced by inhibition of plasma kallikrein.
