Abstract

A method of treating keratinous substrates, includes applying a makeup setting composition to a keratinous substrate having makeup formed thereon. The makeup setting composition includes a gas phase dispersed in a condensed phase. The condensed phase includes a water-soluble or water-dispersible film former. Kits and mousse-forming compositions are also provided.
