Abstract
According to one embodiment, a wireless communication device includes a receiver configured to receive from each of a plurality of other wireless communication devices first information specifying at least one communication resource requested to be allocated; and a transmitter configured to transmit second information specifying at least one communication resource allocated to each of the other wireless communication devices based on the first information. The transmitter is configured to transmit signals via the communication resources specified in the second information and the receiver is configured to receive signals via the communication resources specified in the second information.
