Abstract
A posting server including a storage unit that stores, for each moving image posting service, delivery policy information based on the characteristics of the moving image posting service; a reception unit that receives an original moving image; an editing unit that uses the delivery policy information for each moving image posting service, edits the original moving images with content that differs among the moving image posting services, and generates a posted moving image for each moving image posting service; and a posting unit that posts the posted moving image to each of the moving image posting services. The editing unitapplies screen effects or acoustic effects in conformance with characteristics of each of the moving image posting services, and generates a posted moving image for each of the moving image posting services.
