Abstract
A variety of methods are disclosed, including, in one embodiment, a method comprising: applying a wettability modifier coating on a surface of a downhole tool; disposing the downhole tool into a wellbore extending into a subterranean formation, wherein the wettability modifier coating is disposed on the surface of the downhole tool; traversing the wellbore with the downhole tool; and removing the downhole tool from the wellbore.
