Abstract

A control unitwhich is mounted on mobility to be controlled and controls the mobility, includes a condition detection unitwhich detects the condition of the mobility, a condition determination unitwhich determines the condition of the mobility based on the detected condition, and a condition transmission unitwhich transmits to the external serverthe detected condition of the mobility and position information indicating a position where the condition is detected. An external serverincludes an abnormal condition determination unitwhich determines an abnormal condition of the mobility in consideration of the position information, based on the received condition of mobility and the received position information, and a determination result transmission unitwhich transmits a determination result to the control device. The condition determination unitin the control devicedetermines the condition of the mobility, based on the received determination result and the detected condition.
