Abstract
A personal care composition and methods for determining a stability of the personal care composition are disclosed. The personal care composition may include an emulsion of a hydrophobic phase and a hydrophilic phase. The hydrophobic phase may include an emulsifying system including one or more amino acid surfactants, such as a glutamate surfactant.
