Abstract

A medical device for tissue hemostasis or closure that is used by means of an endoscope, the medical device comprising: a handle (); a sheath apparatus () attached to the handle (); a clamping apparatus () comprising a clamping base () and at least or exactly two clamping arms (), the clamping base () specifically being a sleeve and being disposed on a distal end of the sheath apparatus (); a control wire () that extends to pass through the sheath apparatus () and that can move reversibly in a distal direction and a proximal direction; and an actuator (), the actuator () being coupled to a proximal end of the control wire () and being capable of actuating such that the control wire () moves reversibly in the distal direction and the proximal direction.
