Abstract
The present invention provides a reception system, a reception method, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program that are capable of identifying a guest. The reception system () includes a face photo information check unit (), and a reception terminal (). When the reception terminal () receives an input indicating an application for a check-in of a guest (GS), the face photo information check unit () checks passport-face-photo-at-check-in-time information scanned from a passport (P) at the time of check-in, with face-photo-at-check-in-time information through photographing the guest (GS) at the time of check-in. When the passport-face-photo-at-check-in-time information and the face-photo-at-check-in-time information indicate a same person as a result of checking by the face photo information check unit (), the reception terminal () displays information on a room reserved by the guest (GS), and issues a card key for the room reserved by the guest (GS).
