Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a receiving device may receive, from a transmitting device that is configured to perform network coding on information from an originating device, one or more transport blocks (TBs) including the information and associated with an erasure coding scheme. The receiving device may perform decoding using the erasure coding scheme and at least one TB, of the one or more TBs. The at least one TB is selected using one or more time conditions, one or more group conditions, one or more settings indicated by the transmitting device, or a combination thereof.
