This inspection assistance program is a program for assisting inspection of a vehicle, and causes an inspection assistance apparatusto function as: a registration information acquisition unitthat acquires vehicle registration information corresponding to the vehicle; a determination unitthat determines whether wireless identification information for identifying an on-vehicle wireless machine installed in the vehicle is associated with the vehicle registration information; and a display control unitthat causes a display unitto display an operation screen that is generated in a mode determined on the basis of the determination result of the determination unitand that is used for inspecting the vehicle through communication with the on-vehicle wireless machine.
