Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an interactive system that enables appropriate keyword extension. An interactive systemis a system that presents a query sentence candidate, which is response content, and its answer as necessary on the basis of an input sentence from a user. A sentence acquisition unitacquires the input sentence from a user terminal. A key acquisition unitacquires an acquired key from the input sentence. A candidate acquisition unitacquires, from the input sentence, a key candidate word, which is a character string other than the acquired key. An extension unitacquires a plurality of extended candidates, such as inconsistent spelling, synonyms, similar words, related to the key candidate word. A narrow-down unitdetermines, from the plurality of extended candidates, an extended key consistent with the purpose of the input sentence. The search unitsearches for the response content on the basis of the acquired key and the extended key.
