Abstract

The invention relates to receiving a selection of a bundled set of healthcare services comprising at least one selectively redeemable healthcare service, the bundled set to be provided by a plurality of providers; generating an electronic health record comprising a purchase data record identified by and with a unique confirmation number; presetting an initial individual redemption status in the purchase data record for each selectively redeemable healthcare service of the bundled set of healthcare services as unredeemed; and providing a user access to the purchase data record to receive each selectively redeemable healthcare service. A service may be provided via an in-person visit. A service may be provided at a patient location remote from a provider location, via a telehealth visit. The telehealth visit may result in a prescription or referral for additional services such as imaging, using patient medical data updated based on symptom assessment during the telehealth visit.
