Abstract

The invention relates to methods of using ibezapolstat to increase the health of the gut microbiome. The invention provides methods of simultaneously treatinginfections while at the same time reducing the likelihood of or preventing the recurrence ofinfection. The invention also provides methods of increasing the health of the gut microbiome by increasing the number of Actinobacteria and/or Firmicutes in the gut.
