Abstract

An outdoor robotic tool () comprising a switching assembly () comprising a carry handle () and a stop button () is disclosed. The carry handle () and stop button () are connected such that the raising of the carry handle () results in the stop button () being activated and vice versa. The activation of the stop button () results in the outdoor robotic tool () being rendered inoperable in some way. A lift-indication mechanism () may be present, which renders the outdoor robotic tool () inoperable if it is lifted. Either or both of the switching assembly () and lift-indication mechanism () may be present on the outdoor robotic tool ().
