Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the electrolyte comprising: a non-aqueous organic solvent; a lithium salt; and an additive, wherein the additive includes a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 and a negative electrode film forming agent. Formula 1 is as described in the specification.
