Abstract
Provided herein are regulatory elements, such as promoters and terminators, derived or obtained from variousspecies. Such regulatory elements are useful for expression cassettes for plants, such as soybean. Such expression cassettes generally contain a promoter and terminator sequence to control expression of each coding sequence. Provided are promoters and terminators which are useful for expressing insect resistance and herbicide tolerance genes.
