Abstract

A belt cover for an internal combustion engine is provided, and the belt cover efficiently discharges water from a drain hole and has good sealing performance. A water pump, which is disposed on one side surface of a cylinder block CB, and which includes a drain hole, an oil pump case OP, which covers the inside of a timing belt TB, and a lower cover, which covers the outside of the timing belt TB are included. The oil pump case OP and the lower coverare fixed with each other through a seal member, and constitute a lower case.
