Abstract

The present specification provides an anti-EpoR peptide. A peptide having the structure represented by formula (I): V-SCH(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)v(A)(A)-X(wherein Xis the amino terminal side of the peptide; Xis the carboxy terminal side of the peptide; Ais M or F, phenylglycine or phenethylglycine optionally substituted by a halogen atom or a hydroxyl group; Ais A, d-alanine or G; Ais P, homoproline or A; Ais M, L, A or I; Ais T or A; Ais M or W, F, Y, β-homotryptophan, α-naphthylalanine, β-naphthylalanine, or quinolylalanine optionally substituted by methyl or a halogen atom; Ais C, homocysteine, or penicillamine; and Ais K, R or absent) is provided.
