Abstract
The present invention relates to Rufinamide (or active derivatives thereof) for use in the treatment of myotonia, such as myotonia congenita, paramyotonia congenita and myotonic dystrophy. The present invention also relates to a combinatorial composition comprising Rufmamide (or active derivatives thereof) and Lamotrigine (or active derivatives thereof) for use as a medicament.
