Abstract
The present disclosure provides systems, devices, and methods for abrasive articles and manufacturing the same. A method includes receiving, at a shaped abrasive particle placement tool comprising cavities (), shaped abrasive particles (), determining whether a threshold number of cavities of the cavities () includes a shaped abrasive particle situated properly therein, in response to determining there is not a threshold number of cavities of the cavities () with a shaped abrasive particle () situated properly therein, receiving, at the shaped abrasive particle placement tool, further shaped abrasive particles, and in response to determining that at least the threshold number of cavities of the cavities () includes a shaped abrasive particle () of the shaped abrasive particles situated properly therein, releasing the shaped abrasive particles () from the shaped abrasive particle placement tool into a binding material () on a substrate () to adhere the shaped abrasive particles () to the substrate ().
