Abstract

Provided are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a base substrate; a sensor; a light-shielding layer, and having a plurality of first holes configured to allow light from a fingerprint to pass through and be incident on the sensor; an encapsulation layer; a color filter layer on one side of the encapsulation layer away from the base substrate; and a cover plate on one side of the color filter layer away from the base substrate, wherein a distance between a surface of the cover plate away from the base substrate and a surface of the light-shielding layer away from the base substrate is a first distance, a distance between a surface of the light-shielding layer close to the base substrate and a surface of the sensor close to the base substrate is a second distance, 0<the second distance/the first distance≤0.63.
