Abstract
A session management sectionholds respective pieces of identification information of a plurality of members who join a session of an application. An allocation sectionallocates a member to a chat group. A chat management sectionacquires the identification information of each member who belongs to the chat group created in the session, and determines a member who becomes a partner for communicating chat data, for each member.
