A heterocyclic compound is represented by Formula 1. A light-emitting device may include a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer, and the light-emitting device may include at least one heterocyclic compound represented by Formula 1.
