Abstract
A user equipment, method, and chipset receive from a base station resource information indicating usable radio resources for data transmitted in the direct communication, detect a power when receiving a radio signal directly transmitted from another user terminal, and determine, based on the result of the process, a radio resource used to transmit the data from among the usable radio resources indicated by the resource information.
