Abstract
The present invention provides a lectin fromoras diagnostic reagents for IgA nephropathy. The present invention also provides a diagnostic kit for detecting Galactose-deficient IgA1 (Gd-IgA1), comprising RussiaSea-001 (also called as CGL) isolated fromor RussiaSea-002 (also called as MTL) isolated from. The present invention further provides a method for detecting Gd-IgA1 using RussiaSea-001 or RussiaSea-002.
