Abstract
A wireless communication device () according to the present disclosure includes a control unit (). The control unit () acquires a first PLMN list () on the basis of information stored in a first subscriber identity module (A), selects a home PLMN from the first PLMN list (), acquires a second PLMN ID on the basis of information stored in a second subscriber identity module (B), performs a first registration request to a first management device (A) which belongs to the home PLMN and manages registration of the wireless communication device () in a case where the second PLMN ID is not included in the first PLMN list (), and performs, to the first management device (A), a second registration request with information regarding the second PLMN included therein in a case where the second PLMN ID is included in the first PLMN list ().
