Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a control apparatus, a control method, and a vehicle that realize highly reliable communication. Communication with another terminal is controlled by controlling a communication target, a communication method, and communication parameters on the basis of geographic information around an own terminal. The present disclosure can be applied to in-vehicle communication.
