Abstract

A container for use in growing, culturing and/or modifying cells has a primary container () and defines an internal lumen in which a wall element () of the primary container () is compressible, and wherein the container has an auxiliary container () in fluid communication with the primary container (). The fact that the device has an auxiliary containerallows a number of separate reactions to be carried out within a single container.
