Abstract

The invention discloses synergistic compositions comprising extracts, fractions or pure compounds derived from at least two herbs selected fromandfor inhibiting the expression/production/activity of Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) enzyme or for increasing cGMP levels in a male subject.
