Abstract

This disclosure relates to controlling temperature inside a receptaclein a vehicle. In an embodiment, a temperature-controlled system for a vehicle is disclosed. The temperature-controlled system may include a receptaclehaving at least one inlet, and a housingfitted to the receptacle. The housingmay include an opening. The openingmay be configured to be fluidically coupled to a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) vent of the vehicle. The housingmay further include an open front facefluidically coupled to the at least one inletof the receptacle, and a gate assembly mounted on the housing. The gate assemblymay include a gate configured to engage or disengage with the openingto fluidically couple or fluidically decouple, respectively, the openingto the vent.
