Abstract
Disclosed is a pH-sensitive and bioreducible polymer-virus complex which can destroy tumor cells more effectively by increasing the efficiency of virus transduction. A pH-sensitive and bioreducible polymer contains (i) an escapable portion from immune reactions, (ii) a chargeable portion having one or more amine groups and (iii) a bioreducible portion including one or more disulfide linkages.
