Abstract

A switch circuit () includes: a transistor (T) switching the conductivity state between a drain terminal (D) and a source terminal (S) between being conductive and non-conductive; a transistor (T) switching the conductivity state between a drain terminal (D) and a source terminal (S) between being conductive and non-conductive, the source terminals (S) and (S) being connected to a node (N) and an input/output terminal (), respectively, and the drain terminals (D) and (D) being connected to an input/output terminal () and the node (N) respectively; a transistor (T) switching the conductivity state between a drain terminal (D) and a source terminal (S) between being conductive and non-conductive, the drain terminal (D) and the source terminal (S) being arranged along a second path connecting the node (N) and ground; and a capacitor (C) placed in the second path and connected in series to the transistor (T).
