Abstract

The present invention is directed to compounds, compositions and methods for treating or preventing Zika virus. The compounds include pyrimidine and purine nucleosides and prodrugs thereof, including certain N-hydroxycytidine nucleoside derivatives, sulfasalazine, and various entry inhibitors.
