Abstract
A connectorincludes a housingand a CPA. The CPAincludes a basal portion, a pair of right and left first elastic arms, and a second elastic arm. Each of the first elastic armsincludes a first arm portion, a second arm portion, and a catch protrusion. The second elastic armsimilarly includes a third arm portion, a fourth arm portion, and a protruding portion. In this way, the first elastic armsand the second elastic armare shaped to extend from the basal portion, be folded back, and return to the basal portion. Thus achieved are a CPAand a connectorthat are short in length while ensuring sufficient flexibility of the first elastic armsand the second elastic armwhen the catch protrusionand the protruding portioninterfere with the housing. The connector including the CPA has a reduced length in a sliding direction while keeping elastic arms sufficiently flexible.
