Abstract

The magnetic detectoraccording to the present disclosure includes a transmission linehaving a linear first conductorincluding a magnetic material, a signal generatorconfigured to input a pulse as an incident wave to the transmission line, and a calculatorconfigured to detect a reflected wave caused by impedance mismatching at a magnetic field application position of the transmission lineand the incident wave. The calculatorcalculates a position and a strength of the magnetic field applied to the transmission lineon the basis of the incident wave and the reflected wave.
