Abstract
A technique for dissipating heat from a plurality of components is proposed. An electric component () includes a substrate (), a first component (), a second component (), and a heat sink (). The substrate () has a first surface () and a second surface () opposite to the first surface (). The first component () is disposed on a side of the first surface (). The second component () includes a body () disposed on a side of the second surface (), and a lead () that extends from the body () through the second surface () to the first surface (). The heat sink () is disposed on the side of the first surface (), and is used in common for dissipation of heat from the body () through the lead () and dissipation of heat from the first component ().
