Abstract

A heater-sensor complexincludes a heating wire, a lead wirewhich is made from the same metal of the heating wireand connected to the proximal end of the heating wire, the lead wirehaving a bigger diameter than the heating wire, a non-heating wireconstituted by a different metal from the metal constituting the heating wire, and a sensor headconstituted by a metal different from the metal constituting the heating wireor the metal constituting the non-heating wire. The sensor headhave a lower thermal conductivity than the non-heating wire. To the sensor head, the distal end of the heating wireand the distal end of the non-heating wire is connected. The heating wireand the non-heating wireelectrically conducts at least through the sensor head
