Abstract
A tissue anchor system includes a fixation device and a tool. The fixation device includes a tab connected to a tissue anchor. The tool includes a shaft connected between a proximal handle portion and a distal tip. The distal tip is configured to limit movement of the fixation device during loading of the tissue anchor.
