Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may determine a transmission frequency for an uplink transmission based at least in part on a reference point for the uplink transmission, the reference point being associated with one of: a satellite that provides a cell covering the user equipment, the satellite being associated with a non-terrestrial network, or a gateway associated with the satellite; and transmit the uplink transmission based at least in part on the transmission frequency.
