Abstract
The present disclosure including determining that a state of a load on an occupant in a vehicle on the basis of at least one of a traveling state of the vehicle (), an external environment state of the vehicle, and a state of the occupant in the vehicle, and executing a dialogue with the occupant by executing a dialogue program corresponding to the state of the load on the occupant.
