A personal cleansing soap bar composition is provided, comprising: a soap; an aqueous ethylene acrylic acid copolymer dispersion; a silicone copolymer emulsion with an internal phase viscosity at 25° C. of ≥100×10mm/sec; wherein the personal cleansing soap bar is a solid.
