Provided is a base station capable of enhancing signal reception performance. In the base station (), a control unit () generates data signals in unit of fixed length. A transmission unit () performs repetitive transmission of a transmission signal including at least one of the data signals in unit of fixed length in a resource that can be set to a plurality of data lengths.
