Abstract

The invention relates to compounds of formula I wherein R, Rand - - - - - are as defined herein, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds and methods of treating COVID-19 in a patient by administering therapeutically effective amounts of the compounds and methods of inhibiting or preventing replication of SARS-CoV-2 with the compounds.
